OCTOBER ARTICLE 2014

Fitness Article in the "Adelante Magazine" Octubre 2104 “Advance Abdominals with Equipment”Shape your Perfect Six Pack  Part 3.

Hello my dear readers we are getting into more Advance Exercises have in mind that as I mentioned in the past issue the Starting and the Ending of each exercise has to be Clear and Precise to make sure Posture and Alignment are working the Abs and you are NOT cheating or doing things WRONG....if you are doing this Abs alone please READ carefully my Cues... if you are doing these Abs with your Trainer I hope “for your safety” he is not like all the BUNCH that doesn’t have really the knowledge to Guide you and CUE you CORRECT so you don’t hurt yourself and remember making you “sweat” doing these exercises WRONG doesn’t mean you are “working out”.....I see so many clients and people twitching and having a hard time doing what the so Buff or good looking Trainer with lack of Technique is asking you to do... Funny thing is that some may show you the exercise first OR MAYBE NOT, and if you see that he can’t DO IT how in the HECK is he going to tell you HOW to do it or how to position you body properly??.....or maybe he’s so Strong that he can do the exercise very well but REMEMBER is not about US trainers.....is about YOU and HOW CAN I TEACH an advance exercise??....Is the exercise appropriate for YOUR level of Fitness?...did the trainer had you prepare and train to now do something more Complicated??.....or the Trainer just let you Twitch and suffer cause he doesn’t know how to TEACH ?...Remember NOT all the things that Shine are Gold...Not all the Trainers has the same Knowledge or Experience.

Here are the next 3 New Advanced Abs Exercises with Equipment:

1. and 2.- ABS Hanging Obliques both Sides.
This starting position was Explain in Part 1.Get in the STRAPS and make sure your Triceps are in the straps “way back right in to your arm pits” to support your Body correct also DO NOT let your body go to down,so ELEVATE YOUR CHEST a little UP so your ARMS and UPPER Chest are Holding your BODY, FLEX the arms and grab the top of the straps and VERY IMPORTANT keep your Elbows in an Imaginary SQUARE so your body doesn't bounce like a PINATA,keep legs together and straight but NOT fully locked (Inhale). As you (exhale) you will lateral Twist Left and Turn your Butt with legs together making sure your right Quad is UP along with your Butt and making your Right Obliques are Contract(see the image #1 in detail) then return to starting position and (inhale) now again as you (exhale)do the same but now Twist Right and Turn your Butt with legs together making sure your Left Quad is UP along with your Butt and making your Left Obliques are Contract(exhale). This one is very very hard and needs lots of concentration so Pay Attention and stop chatting. 20 reps right and left 4 sets.See image #1 and #2.

3.- TRX Plank and Obliques(Starting Position).
Make sure the TRX is well situated.Get both feet in the TRX and make sure your feet, legs, butt, back, shoulders and head are in a Straight PERFECT horizontal line(see in detail the image).Do NOT drop your head under your shoulders, keep your arms and hands align vertically from your shoulders,SPREAD your fingers to have a better support, keep both legs always TOGETHER, squeeze your Abs(inhale).See image #3.

4.-TRX Plank and Obliques(Ending Position).
As you (exhale)you will flex both legs, lifting your BUTT UP and Twisting your hips to the Left first so your body is Well position to let the Right Obliques get contract and squeezed as hard as possible, noticed that my arms are still locked to GIVE your upper body and chest well support to make this twist, then come back to starting position and then do the other side.

5.- Abs with Resistance Band(Starting Position).
Get a Band MEDIUM- HARD to tie in a beam or post very steady(look at the image)now lie down and grab the band with both arms semi flex and keep your body AWAY from the Post or Beam this will give more RESISTANCE for the Crunch, head out of the floor and CHIN close to your chest, TIGTH your abs (inhale).See image #5.

6.- Abs with Resistance Band(Ending Position).
As you (exhale) you will bring out of the floor your head, upper back -shoulders and elbows towards your knees squeezing HARD yours Abs and keeping your knees Flexed, then go back to starting position and repeat.4 sets 30 Reps. See image #6.

And remember a “Bad Trainer” can make sweat doing WRONG exercises and “hurting you”, a “Good Trainer” will make sweat and will work the muscle you supposed to work with “Technique”.

Articulo en la Revista "Adelante " mes de Octubre “Abdominales Avanzadas con Equipo”Marca tu Estomago Perfecto Parte 3. “
