“Advance Abdominals with Equipment”Shape your Perfect Six Pack  Part 4

Hello my dear readers we are in the last push of the last month of the Year believe it or not but 2015 is in the next corner so hope you had read my suggestions of not getting into this Advanced Abdominals without reading and understanding my safety CUES along with posture breathing and concentration specially if you are working out alone.

Again and again I will say that if you get a trainer and you are going to Spend money please don’t just buy the “looks” of a Huge Body Builder Trainer first research his Certifications and NOT his Competitions, the way they train is not the way YOU had to be train,we trainers that had done the RIDE in the fitness Industry in my case 30 years we see these Trainers NOT getting Updates most of the time in NOT KNOWING fresh Training Systems to be able Design an adequate Routine for YOU with all the New and Safe Innovations in Health and Fitness and they want to just Kill you lifting Tons of Weight  and doing Crazy stuff like the do in Cross Fit, Insanity, T-25 and Boot Camps like I mentioned before a "BAD  Trainer can making you sweat doing UNSAFE and Advanced Exercises" but you are not REALLY “Working Out” that it’s just hurting you.You can tell if the guy is a “Real Profesional Trainer” when HE is NOT looking at his phone when you do an exercise, or looking at himself in the mirror to see how good he looks, when you and he are in the work out chatting and laughing like a storm  waisting your time(unless you need just company and not a trainer), when he is counting and playing with his I-PAD NOT looking at your posture  or NOT turning his PHONE and  he is receiving TEXTING alerts over and over and looking at who is calling  something very “UNPROFESSIONAL” and OUT of RESPECT to you..

If you ALLOW  all these then YOU are the one WRONG and you should better have a beer in a bar with that trainer and just not bother to come to the gym.

Here are the next 3 New Advanced Abs Exercises with Equipment:
1.Abs with the Olympic Rings(starting position).
Adjust the Rings lifting both arms UP and your finger tips had to be touching the ring(see the image)grab the rings you will be hanging with arms fully extended, legs together and ready (inhale)See image #1.

2.- Abs with the Olympic Rings(ending position).
As you (exhale) you will keep your arms straight as possible and you will squeeze your Abs bringing your legs flexed and knees towards your abdomen ,you will need lots of control then slowly bring legs down but not touching the ground the repeat, bring legs up flexed  and squeezed  harder your abs.4 sets of 20 reps.See image #2.

3.-Standing Obliques with Resistance Band(starting Position).
Find a steady Post to put the band, grabbing with both hands the end of it, move away till the band is completely straight and steady(look at the image)my arms will be all the way to the left at the level of my shoulders and my hips facing forward, please also semi flex your knees to have a better stand “HIPS will never MOVE” (this is a mistake I see all the time with people and trainers not correcting clients)squeeze your abs(inhale).See image#3.

4.-Standing Obliques with Resistance Band(ending position).
As you(exhale)you will move only your waist NOT YOUR HIPS all the way to the right with your arms fully extended and moving with your head which will always look at your hands to twist correct the torso and make the obliques work, make sure also squeeze your butt(to stabilize your hips)and keeping your back straight and chest out then come back to starting position.30 reps-4 sets each side.See image #4.

5.- Abs with a Resist a Ball (starting position).
Lie in the floor legs fully extended and arms fully extended grabbing the ball(see the image)at all times your legs and arms will be FULLY EXTENDED during the exercise to make the abs and core get the full work out (inhale).See image#5.

6.- Abs with a Resist a Ball (ending position).
Here is the hard part as you (exhale) you will put the ball in the TOP of your feet moving your bak UP  with arms fully extended and lifting both legs FULLY extended, now you will bring the ball hold by your feet down at the same time that your arms go back fully extended to straitening position(inhale)now again you will bring the ball UP and you will bring your arms UP to grab again the ball and then go back to starting position, this is very hard so read again carefully all my CUES.4 sets 20 reps. See image #6.

See imagen # 2.

Ver imagen # 6.
